This international project is supported by several celebrated Hotel/Restaurant Associations, Associations of Travel Agencies and Tourism Associations, because

• it helps journalists to find those companies in the tourism business which apply innovative models to combine economy and ecology;
• students and professionals have the possibility to test exemplary measures by the restaurant trade, and thus find suitable training or a topic which to write their thesis about;
• you can use the Internet for speedy orientation and facilitate decision- making processes to tackle your own problems - all over Europe;
• all Internet users of ECO-TIP can directly contact you to receive information and sound advice;
